Cancellation Policy

This agreement is between Juli's Pics, Julie Guglielmetti Photography and the signers of this portrait photography agreement. A retainer fee is required for this session. This is a non-refundable retainer. In the event of cancellation, the retainer paid is non-refundable. It shall be liquidated for damages to the Photographer in the event of a cancellation, or breach of contract by the Client. The retainer shall be applied towards the total cost of the service to be rendered. The balance of the complete package price must be paid after the session. Copyright The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays. These photographs include a print release and may be printed, and or displayed online, for personal use. Creative License Images are edited at the Photographer’s discretion, and delivered images may not include all images shot. The Photographer reserves the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards. Photographic Materials The Photographer shall make gallery proofs available through an online gallery proofing website. These proofs shall be available to the Client within 3-5 days of the session. Proofs serve only for selection of purchased photographs and are not in any sense sold as a part of the package. Additional products can be ordered separately based on Photographer’s current price list (http://www.julispics.com/packages).Photographer stores the digital files from the session for 6 months. Photographer never provides RAW and unedited files. Indemnification The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury o Client during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding events. Force Majeure If the Photographer is unable to perform this agreement due to illness, emergency, fire or causes beyond the control of the Photographer, the Photographer and Client shall make every attempt to reschedule the session. If a reschedule is unable to be agreed upon, Photographer shall return the retainer to the client and shall have no further liability. If the Photographer is unable to deliver photographic materials due to technological malfunctions, liability shall be limited. The Parties agree to the above and below terms and conditions.
